I fully submerged mine under water for over an hour accidentally. The switch got kind of weird but it still worked for close to a year before the switch mechanism stopped working entirely. I've been meaning to replace it but were out of stock for a long time. I've since moved to a dynamo. I wish Koma made a dynamo light...they look so nice.
