So far, I'm liking it. I've drooled over those White and Davinci cranks too, but this very clean Ultegra ISIS set from a few years back looks very good and rides very well. I also replaced the stock 105 triple front der with an Ultegra double. Very crisp action in front shifts. For a compact, I have on another bike a 50/34 Veloce compact coupled to a DA 7 speed FW 12 - 28 (31 - 105 gear inch range) and it also works well. I don't need lower gears for non loaded bikes. My Tourer has a triple and gets down to around 19 gear inches for hauling stuff up grades. ________________________________ From: MichaelH <mhech...@gmail.com> To: RBW Owners Bunch <rbw-owners-bunch@googlegroups.com> Sent: Sat, May 29, 2010 9:54:35 AM Subject: [RBW] Re: Another post about compact doubles / drivetrain questions I am currently in the process of converting my Rambouillet from a triple to a double. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
