Somebody had a change of heart, somebody else should buy it!* *The missing binder bolt signals to me that this frame needs threads chased and the derailleur hanger checked/straightened, I kinda wish Riv wasn't selling them to folks this way but I guess it speeds up the process of getting frames sold and shipped.
