I ran a 30mm Discord W(Right) stem from Analog on my Susie with the non-loop Jones H-bar. It was a great combo. If you like those bars, the Discord stem should give you what you are after. I was riding a large Susie, but had the same issue of longer legs, shorter reach and needed a stem and bar combo that came back but not too aggressively. The sweep on the Jones bar is really comfortable for trails and technical riding. I ended up swapping it out for a Persuader bar, but the Jones / Discord combo was really good.
