My first reaction was, "Neat!" and to head over to paypal. But then I wondered: how many people use cycling cameras? And how do they help or improve riding? I expect these are designed to record motor vehicle driver misbehavior; am I right?
I guiltily confess to occasionally watching YouTube channels named "Crazy Russian Roads!!!" or "Russian Roadrage!!!" with straight-from-dash video of silly driver antics, but here in the US, how many drivers, and how many riders, carry dash- or bar-or helmet-cams to record prospective clashes? Or do people use riding cams for future ride reportage? I'm not criticizing anything or anyone, I'm just curious why people use forward-facing or rear-facing bike cams.
