Well … I have a Jubilee on a bike that was built in around 2003. The derailleur
was
probably used already by the time it was put on the bike, but it’s at least
that old. I’ve put many miles on it, including a full brevet series and one
edition of PBP. The previous owner put many more miles on it (I got the bike in
2015). Still going strong and shifting very well indeed.

Don’t underestimate the durability of those old French parts!

P.S. I do have a backup Jubilee in my parts archive just in case, but so far no
need for it.
