Sounds like a dreamy build overall, and congrats on the frame purchase! 

My thoughts: 
- I think the Oracle might be ambitious, clearance-wise. Herse tires run 
bigger than most for their printed size, and add the knobs, and I'd be 
surprised if those fit.  I'd suggest their 42mm counterpart, Hurricane 
Ridge, unless they've increased clearance this round and I haven't 
realized. 
- Gearing sounds dreamy but I'd just go 11-34 for the cassette so your 
Nexave is happier, and you've still got a real nice low gear.  
- If you have a line on Paul Racers, jump on it because they are not up on 
the website anymore and might be tough to find. I am baffled that Paul 
pulled them from production, of all the brake options they offer.
