RL, Angle Lake Cyclery, near the SEATAC airport (Seattle) has been a big time dealer. It's an LBS, and he doesn't typically do mail order, but if you're striking out you could try giving him a call. He's a good dude, and also an Alex Moulton dealer. Interesting shop.
