They are still using that accessibility overlay. They are designed to take 
a website and make it accessible for people with disabilities without 
changing and code. The real world result is that they make it WAY worse for 
people with disabilities. Accessibility is what I do for a living and these 
overlays are getting rebuked by everyone in the industry and people with 
disabilities are suing the companies using them and the companies that are 
making them. I was disappointed when Rivendell starting using one. Their 
site is very unusable for people using assistive technology.
