I can't claim to be all-steel/tweed/shellac or that Rivendell has influenced my other hobbies, but many of my other interests have been mentioned. Mandolin? Check, a Weber Hyalite. I don't think anyone mentioned ukulele, but there are a couple of those around here too. Tube audio? I've built a couple of tube amps, a pre-amp, and a DAC with tube output buffer, along with several pairs of speakers, a heavily modified AR turntable, and the rack that holds it all. My vegetable garden is expanding to a 12 x 30' plot this spring. I used to drive a Volvo 240, hung out on Swedishbricks back then. I have a Miata that I've autocrossed a couple of times (how non-Rivvish is that?). I used to keep tropical fish, but gave that up when I moved, there's no good place for an aquarium in this house. I built myself a canoe some years back, but it go too dangerous to paddle in the local river so it now sits unused (fast power boats in a narrow, winding channel - I stopped paddling when one hit and killed a teen aged boy).
