Patrick,  yes it is a first generation Cyclone GT(with matching front 
derailleur). The frame is big, at 68cm. I bought the frameset a few months 
ago, and built it up mostly with stuff that I had on hand. It is a good 
riding bike, but a little on the heavy side. 

Other notable parts:
Shimano 7402 shifters(set to friction mode)
Shimano BR70 brakes
Nitto dirt drop bars 
Sugino AT crankset minus the small ring 
B17 saddle 
Deore seatpost 
STX wheelset from a Trek 520
38mm Gravelkings 
Nitto M12 rack
