I have a current generation Atlantis and my toes don't even come close to my fender-ed front wheel...and my heels don't come anywhere close to my panniers on my rear rack. Both were an issue with my last bike, which was too small (but vertically and horizontally) for me.
Atlantis has a monster wheelbase...the front center on the 59cm is generous, but the chain stays are borderline ridiculous...and I love it. Just as a comparison, the spinde-to-wheel on Atlantis in my size v. Homer in my size is 6.2 cm more.
