Rascals is too cute/soft of a descriptor for this bunch. I honestly can't imagine how they even did this, but at least one of them must have put themselves in harm's way by ramming you. I'm also somewhat amazed that they were apprehended, that is great news. I wonder if they were trying to steal the bike? I think it's fair to say it would not be frivolous to seek additional compensation in such an egregious case of intent to harm, even if directly through the insurance.
