Hey, I also have a few stalled project bikes. I have an Appaloosa too. Whenever I feel like riding, I ride the Appaloosa. The other bikes don't really see the same amount of miles. There's your problem right there.
However, just make yourself a list of the parts you need to finish, your budget, and tools you need, and just put together the bike. We have eBay, so just buy stuff on ebay. Life is short.
