Well, not necessarily. I have two of the biggest handlebar bags out there, Gilles Berthoud GB28 and 2886. They're considerably larger than an Ostrich bag: 260mm wide, 220mm tall, and 200mm deep for the Ostrich, Height: 270mm, Width without pockets: 270mm, Depth without front pocket: 145mm.
