Thanks so much Matt! I am glad this post was so well-received. The handlebars are MAP / Ahearne, 610mm width, quite similar to the Wavie bar. I really like them, I had originally planned on Billie's for this bike but the 45-ish degree sweep gives me better bike control than the near-90 Billie or Albatross style bars when off-road.
