I used a sophistiphicated hammer-and-punch technique to remove it from the hub since I did not have the removal tool, but it does have splines, apparently for a tool. At any rate, it seems fine -- it was not screwed on very tight. Paypal me *NET* first class postage from 87120 to your zip code area for a 9 oz thick envelope.
