And if you really want to go into
the finer points of SOH, remember you probably measured your PBH barefoot. Or 
maybe you were wearing socks? How many millimeters thick were the socks. Did 
you just eat because the additional weight would compress the socks. And you 
don’t ride barefoot. Which shoes? How many millimeters thick are the soles. How 
about the other shoes? And your PBH changes from waking to bedtime...
