I'm a brazer!! (superheroic voice), but I'm not sure how to get the waggle out of that rack with only one point of contact up top. It could be reinforced easily, but that would just make it a stronger lever when it's leveraging on your frame. What I would do is make it have some weird looking braces that steadied the rack to the seat stays. It would likely be clumsy looking, but it would certainly be stable. -Kai
