Hey there - Just a heads-up - I found at least one weird variable on the "not able to reply directly" to a seller or other group member.
There was a variable about viewing member email addresses which I've reset, so that now group members have that ability. This was an added function, so I suspect some folks who had legacy memberships in this group had it turned on by default. There has been a cluster of newer group members who could not view/respond (and yes, a few older ones as well). I've reset it globally for the group, so you should be able to use the "Reply directly" option without issue now.
