I'm kind of in the same boat. I need to carry 3-4 bikes, my wife's Specialized ebike with front basket and fenders, my 64cm Clem L with a 52.5 wheelbase, front basket, rear rack and fenders, and a older Bianchi 700c step through hybrid with fenders. Other times I'll need to fit my 26" wheel All-rounder with fenders, Surly Pugsley with fenders or my nice steel road bike on it. Looking at various racks, many of them don't work with fenders. The Saris MTR seems like it will work and they claim its fender compatible, but in reading the reviews there seems to be some QC issues. and I don't know if the racks and baskets will cause problems.
