I believe there was a 650B Waterford Atlantis for a very short time before 
Riv stopped production then did the MIT frame, but most Waterfords will be 
26" or 700C. 

Your frame looks like a 54.5 to me, my guess is you need to level your tape 
out get a true TT number. The actual tube will measure less.
