Ian, I’m pretty sure it’s the same. 650b 56cm waterfords were only offered for like 6 months max. Prior To that they were 26” or 700c (For 58 and up). In those 6 ish months the frame geometry was very similar to the old version but for chainstays which were only about 15mm more than the previous version. After that they were/are made in Taiwan with much different geometry.
This was a strange time when atlanti, hunqapillars and homers briefly moved to being semi custom Waterford orders. Before MIT versions were introduced.
