I don't actually know the price either - I just paid the full frame-with-paint cost - but every dollar is visible. The attention to detail on those cream lines in and around the lugs will make your eyes water. Pure art, Joe Bell is the master. I waited 30 years to get one of his masterpieces since first discovering him in Bicycle Guide, and I don't recommend the wait. You got a bike that needs paint?
