I’ll also recommend sp hubs. I’ve had 3 or 4 and all worked well without issue. I was surprised that rich at rivendell won’t build wheels with them anymore. Maybe not an issue to some, but another thing to consider is the wiring interface at the hub which is very easy with the shimano/sp design but seems much more complex with the son hubs
