The potential for name embarrassment has been discussed (possibly way back in this thread). As far as the name of this model, when the new Cheviut design was unveiled in a recent newsletter, Will mentioned that it was thought the changes might be substantial enough to warrant giving the bicycle a new name, and that this idea was currently under discussion. Since that mention, no final word has been issued from RBW headquarters regarding a possible name change, or whether it might involve an anagram contest, or any other information. Just speculation here on the list.
