I just discovered about a dozen replies. Thanks to all. I have an email to an early respondent with a pristine Turbo; if he does not respond, I will respond individually as appropriate. In any event, I will let all know what happens.
For record, as much as I like Flites on my Rivs and Motobecane, I rather prefer the slightly wider Turbo for higher bars, as on the Monocog and, I presume, on the Sam Hill.
