Not the seller, but a current Clem L owner and previously Cheviot (similar to 
Gomez).  

Clem is a TIG-welded and very stout frame with canti mounts, it's built for 
commuting and banging around in the dirt. 

Cheviot/Gomez is a lugged road bike with caliper brakes. Lighter than Clem, 
also good for commuting, maybe not quite as capable in the dirt as Clem because 
the brakes won't be as strong as v-brakes and there's less clearance for fat 
tires. Casual trail/gravel riding would be fine though.
