Yes I'm the short cranks guy around here and I think you ALL are pushing cranks 
way too long unless you're on a singlespeed trying to climb Mt. Diablo 
which...why would you do that??

I don't have any in the stash to sell, but I recommend looking for shorter than 
170 to solve your knee issues. At 5'-7" (short legs, long torso) I use 155 and 
152 on regular bikes, 145 on my e-assist Clem. 

You can find Sugino 165 lots of places, and I've also found an XD600 in 152cm. 
If you want to spend $50 and can live with 130/74 BCD rings to experiment, 
search Origin8 cranks that come in a bunch of lengths starting at 145mm. Save 
the knees, ride shorty!
