1. Sidetrack, used a couple of seasons probably a decade ago. Don't nearly fit my size 44-45 SPD shoes, so must have been used with Dettos or Rivats or perhaps road Sidis. These don't have a full "sole" so can't measure as below, but I'd guess they are the same size 10 or so as the Cannondales.
2. Cannondale. Someone gave me these, but I never wore them. These are marked "10" and measure 11 1/2" from heel tip to toe tip. But don't fit over my size 45 Shimano SPD shoes. One pair: paypal me the cost of a Priority letter-page-size envelope; forget if that's $7.40 or 7.90, but send me the right amount. *NET,* please.
