Tips? In a few days my Hok skis and Tiak (the 7' pole) arrive and I'll be biking to the slopes, aka the hiking trails and any fun looking bits I find. Ideas for bettering my current plan:
Strap the pole to headset/down tube in front, angling down under the saddlesack and strapping again to the rear rack. Skis, at only 4' long will be strapped atop the saddlesack. Straps will be a combo of rubber Voile straps or Irish straps.
