It is indeed yellow tape and amber shellac (I used Bullseye). I have that combo and it is close depending on how much shellac you use. Regardless, if it doesn't match perfectly, it complements perfectly. And yes, looking at the yellow tape you simply cannot imagine it will ever match. But it does.
