Hanford Cycles/Firth & Wilson in Philadelphia has a Brooks trained repair
person (Simon Firth)

Also Rudi Mayer (RHM) in the classic and vintage section of Bike Forums
does really nice saddle repair restoration, he is near Princeton NJ.

I know both folks personally so can recommend either with confidence.

You can also search on Bike Forums in Classic and Vintage and I am sure
some one there would be able to help you do the repair yourself if you feel
handy. Maybe put some picture up here and see if there is a fix we could
help with.
