Waxed cotton, roll up and a vegan option.  Appear to be made in PA.

I use my tour Ortliebs for the same function, but these would be much
easier - if less bullet proof (but who needs bullet proof for city
driving and short tours?) - to use.

If I can find a buyer for the Ortliebs, I am in as well.
