The BMC Road + looks great! Thanks for that. That comparison site you sent is really helpful, Jonathan. Really cool site. I wish it showed the Hilsen in a 46. I also compared my cheviot to the roadini and the cheviot is way longer, so maybe a roadini is something to consider.
Sean, the cheviot is a 50 and does ride beautifully. We moved from seattle to a hilly island off of seattle, so I really want more of a country road bike. I’m having drop bars put on the cheviot and if that doesn’t work out, I’ll let you know! I hadn’t thought about looking at kids bikes! I’ll look into that. Thanks, Shoji!
