Definitely call Rivendell-  they sent me decals when I had my frame
powdercoated, and were very helpful on the phone, explaining the
proper technique for putting them on.    They even posted a web video
about it:

Note:  They do make it look easy in the video-  and it is, but only if
you're using the proper technique of 'burnishing' the decal to the
surface.    Just watch the video closely a couple times and you
shouldn't have any problems.
