Perhaps simply get used to getting off the saddle when you stop? Just a little behavior modification.
Saddle? They are personal but I put a carved Brooks Cambium C-19 on my MIT Atlantis and it is perfect. I had a Berthoud Aspin on it. A great saddle but not on this frame for me.
