Sisson's book got me thinking and helped me to redefine what I consider food.
The advice in the Rivendell catalog about Sisson's book says that whether or not you adhere 100% to the Primal Blueprint, what you learn from reading the book will benefit you, and if those benefits cause you to make some adjustments, you'll feel better. This has been my experience after about 4 weeks. I found it hard not to make specific adjustments after reading some of the descriptions and explanations. -Jim W. p.s. One thing I do now is I plan my week more around food than I do around worrying about my work tasks. And my work tasks still get done as well as before if not better. I'm being more serious about my job as a food gatherer. -----Original Message----- >From: Seth Vidal <skvi...@gmail.com> >Sent: Mar 23, 2010 10:47 AM >To: rbw-owners-bunch@googlegroups.com >Subject: Re: [RBW] Re: Riv goes Paleo > >On Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 1:44 PM, Dustin Sharp <paleo.v...@gmail.com> wrote: >> Do you do eggs and dairy?
