Carla, I have a pair of Phil hubs on Sun polished rims from my Quickbeam; if you want to consider used. I had 2 wheel sets and sold it with a 3 speed rear and Son dynamo hub when I mistakenly sold my 68cm QB I purchased a replacement QB (🙏 Amit) which also has Phil hubs, but haven’t received the bike from Sacramento yet.
