I agree. With 35c tires, even super light ones like Compass, that seems tough. Maybe that's without pedals or saddle? A common method to "game" the weight downwards, although it's not too easy to ride without pedals and a saddle.
I bet it's below 20 though, and maybe below 19. Campy Record carbon stuff is lightweight, and those wheels must be really lightweight, what with the lack of spokes and the Industry 9 hubs.
