Sounds to me like an accident cyclists have been having since bicycles
were first invented.  In fact, many years ago I had an accident very
similar to that riding a steel bike.  Broken collar bone, no broken
ribs.  Sometimes bad things happen when you are JRA.  I'm no lover of
carbon, but I can't see how you could blame this on the frame material.
