Yesterday, Tuesday the 26th, crossing Pico between Cloverfield and Stewart around 5:40 PM. Looked to be a RBW blue Cheviot with a front rack and basket. Caucasian male rider, older than 20, younger than 40, no helmet. Belated "Nice bike!" shout-out.
