I've seen the unpainted prototype fork in person and it's really cool
looking. It reminds me of the Colnago "precisa" style fork. It has
enough clearance for a Roll-y Pol-y or Challenge Parigi-Roubaix,
provided you have a frame that can take a 27 or 28 in the rear.

I completely agree that the one without eyelets is particularly suave.
But my understanding is that the final product will have eyelets,
though I don't really see the point, because in order to squirt a
fender in there you can't ride anything larger than a 23. I'd rather
ride a Roll-y Pol-y and get wet rather than 23s and stay (only
somewhat) dry.

Eyelets or not, I'm in the process of looking for a frame to use with
it when it comes out.
