I am looking for a set of downtube shifters for my Hunq. Mated to a 3x9-sp Mountain drive train (in case they are both index and friction). What’s a decent set?
I’ve had Riv Silver in the past. However, I could not get the shifter to stay tight and in gear. I really had to crank on the wing nut to keep it from loosening up. I even contacted Riv and all they suggested was getting some Nord-lock washers. Which I had a hard time finding them in the right size and gave up.
