I got one 90-minute nap on the 600K. Part of what made that ride so hard was that I was on my fixed-gear Quickbeam, riding a course than included several miles of 10-12% grade (from Ukiah to Boonville). By the end of the ride, I was so sick of pedaling ...
This time around, I'm coasting and bringing gears ... lots of them.
