Not sure how I feel about the instrument decals, seems too twee by half in 
their current form. Maybe I'd like them more if they were more understated 
or placed somewhere like the underside of the seatstays where they're still 
visible but less obvious. Then again, GBW is meant to be the antithesis of 
ultra-serious mountain biking culture, so maybe it's a good thing.

That's a funky custom for sure. Wonder what the customer's specifications 
were? The chopped lugs look pretty great, possibly even greater considering 
the instability of the lug manufacturers. Maybe in a post-Long Shen world 
Riv can keep the aesthetic of lugs alive to some degree with pseudo-lugs 
like that made of cut tubing, like those on the Llewellyn Colossus - look 
it up, neat bike. If being forced into welding the seat tube joint on the 
low end means that they save enough money to pay for something more ornate 
than the napkin rings up front I'm for it.
