Wow this is a fantastic deal and I'm not one apt to comment on others price! The rambo is a GREAT bike. Way undervalued. Built by Toyo in Japan. I have a 58 and will not likely ever sell it. For road riding it's a blast really hits the bulls eye between sporty / spirited and comfortable. Dont worry about tire size being a bit limited by today's standards the bike handles great with 28 to 32s. And as for pbh I would even say you could go up a size from Riv's recommendation and be fine. Shorter stem and no Cape required.
