Veering away from PBH discussion and back to the bike at hand, this is a seriously good bike at a really good price. Someone needs it I am sure. Rams feature double taper seat stays, fillet brazed drop outs, heat treated down tube and top tube and very neutral steering. They track on curves "like riding on a rail." I just had my 52cm Ram re-sprayed or I'd buy this one and put 650Bs on it to lower the stand over a tad. The rear dropouts are 132.5mm so you can use mountain or road hubs. IMO, one of Riv's best bikes. The TT has a slight upslope, and it's intended for bars at or higher than the saddle. I've ridden mine with Nitto Noodle drop bars and the Mustache bars. It's a winner either way.
