Want to buy a 37cm or longer Nitto strut, straighter the better. I see they come in 420mm / 42cm size but any strut that was cut but is still at least 37cm long is long enough.
I’d prefer to pick up in the SF Bay Area but let me know a shipped price if you’re not nearby (I’m in Napa, CA but go to SF, Santa Rosa, Berkeley and anything in between fairly often) Unnecessary details: Bike came with a rear rack that has a short strut on one side (to a mid-stay braze-on) and a long strut on the other (to the eyelet on the bottom by the fender eyelet). Allows for funny-tional elastic strap attachment (also asymmetrical) but unnecessary now that the rack is moved over from my Sam (with a mid-stay eyelet) to my Cheviot (nothing mid/stay). Temporary attached the short strut to a p-clamp, but I’d like to pickup at 37cm or longer strut to make them symmetrical (and I suspect able to hold more weight).
