I'd be interested to hear how that sunrace sram setup works. I have 1x10 on my bubbe step through. sunrace big cassette, IRD mjolnir crank, silver friction on thumb shifter mount, xt derailler with wolftooth. I get tons of ghost shifting/slipping around on the three smallest gears and don't know which component is the culprit.
